Horse and Pony Camp

A one-of-a-kind camp experience for ages 6 and up -- all skill levels welcome!

We're pleased to welcome campers this summer and will be observing New Jersey Department of Health safety standards. 

Our professional, enthusiastic and experienced instructors will give your child the opportunity to groom, ride, care for, spoil, and feed our horses while enjoying a day at the farm.

Some activities may also include bathing, clipping, mucking, tacking and grazing. 

Schedule

Camp runs every weekday  from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

We offer convenient before- and after-camp activities for an additional fee
  • Early Drop off at 8:00am
  • Late Pick Up at 4:00pm

2022 Camp Dates 

  • July 5 through 9 (no camp on July 4) 
  • July 11 through July 15
  • July 18 through 21 (no camp Friday)
  • August 8 through August 12 
  • August 15 through August 19
  • August 22 through August 26

Camp Rates and Payment 

One Week Session: $550.00
Early Drop Off: $25.00 per day
Late Pick Up: $25.00 per day
Early Drop off and Late Pick Up: $45.00 per day

A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 will reserve your camper's spot.  The balance is due 2 weeks before the first day of camp.  Payments can be made by cash, check or money order. (Please make checks out to Sauer's Equine Management.)

Suggested Attire and Other Information

All campers must wear approved riding helmets, long pants, and riding boots during lessons.  

We recommend that your camper bring a change of light-weight clothes and sneakers for all other fun and farm activities.

Campers are required to bring their own snacks, lunches and water bottles daily. 

Sunscreen, bug spray and a hat are also recommended.
